Refunds or replacements will be provided under the following conditions:
 
1. Damaged or Defective Items: Items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please provide a photo of the damaged item.
 
2 . Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
 
3. Non-Perishable Items Only: Refunds or replacements apply only to non-perishable packaged goods and household items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for perishable products (if any).
 
4. Refund Process: Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
